Mandatory additional costs:

Surcharge 150,000 VND/foreign guest
Surcharge for single room: 600,000 VND/guest/01 night (in case the guest registers to travel alone and cannot share a room with another person) or due to the guest’s request to sleep separately.

Children (read carefully to understand the standards for children):

Children from 1-4 years old are free of service: only 200,000 VND for high-speed train tickets (parents take care of all expenses related to children, do not occupy seats on the car). 02 adults are only allowed to accompany 01 child for free, from the 2nd child, 50% will be charged (with half a meal and a separate seat on the car).

Note: If 01 adult accompanies 01 child for free, this child must buy 50% of the adult tour price (the standard for 50% children is half a meal and a separate seat on the car. In case of additional sightseeing tickets due to exceeding the height or age regulations according to the specific regulations at the tourist attractions, the family will pay 100% of the child’s ticket price).

Children from 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price (separate meals, separate seats on the car but must share a bed with parents). 02 children charged also do not have a separate bed standard.
Children from 10 years old and up are charged as adults.
Note on purchasing seafood:

In case of purchasing seafood, it must be contained in a sealed and clean foam box. The driver has the right to refuse to transport if you bring seafood onto the car without careful packaging.
Do not bring any seafood into the passenger compartment. The driver has the right to refuse to transport seafood if you buy too much seafood and there is no room in the trunk.

You can only buy insurance when you meet the following conditions:
Book the tour at least 2 days before the departure date (excluding holidays, Saturdays and Sundays)
Must submit full and accurate information about Full name + date of birth
Be a Vietnamese citizen
You must bring legal identification documents (ID card/ID card/Passport) when going on a tour (especially tours involving ships, trains, planes, etc.). Children under 14 years old must bring at least a birth certificate. Children 14 years old and older must have an ID card or passport.

Any service in the tour that you do not use will not be refunded
The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of the sightseeing spots to suit the conditions of each specific departure date but still ensures all the sightseeing spots in the program.
