QUAN LAN TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

New tourist car, air-conditioned, pick up and drop off Hanoi – Ao Tien Port – Hanoi
Round-trip speedboat ticket: Ao Tien Port – Quan Lan – Ao Tien Port
Transportation on the island: electric car, motorbike (depending on the number of guests or the actual situation on the island)
Hotel according to registered standards, 02-03-04 people/room (optional)
04 main meals on the island, meal level 200,000 VND/meal
01 main meal on the mainland, meal level 150,000 VND/meal
Suggestion: Groups of 10 or more guests can request a BBQ Set in the evening at Quan Lan with an additional cost of 150,000 VND/meal

02 breakfast meals of vermicelli or pho or porridge with meal level 35,000 VND/meal

Mandatory additional costs:

Surcharge 150,000 VND/foreign guest (minimum group of 2 guests)
Single room surcharge: 800,000 VND/guest/tour (in case the guest registers to travel alone and cannot share a room with another person) or due to the customer’s request to sleep separately.

Children (need to read carefully to understand the standards of children):

Children from 1-4 years old are free of service, only 300,000 VND is charged for train tickets according to regulations (parents take care of all expenses related to children, do not occupy seats on the bus). 02 adults can only bring 01 child for free, from the 2nd child, 50% is charged (with half a meal and separate seat on the bus).
Note: If 01 adult accompanies 01 free child, this child must buy 50% of the adult tour price (the standard for a 50% child is half a meal and a separate seat on the bus. In case of a tourist attraction ticket arising due to exceeding the height or age regulations according to the specific regulations at the tourist attractions, the family will pay 100% of the child’s ticket).

Children from 5-9 years old are charged 80% of the tour price (separate meals, separate seats on the bus but must sleep in the same bed with their parents). 02 children charged also do not have a separate bed standard.
Children from 10 years old and up are charged as adults.

Notes on purchasing seafood:

In case of purchasing seafood, it must be contained in a sealed and clean foam box. The driver has the right to refuse to transport if you bring seafood onto the vehicle without careful packaging.

Do not bring any seafood into the passenger compartment. The driver has the right to refuse to transport seafood if you buy too much seafood and there is no room in the trunk.

Other notes:

You can only buy insurance when you satisfy the following conditions:
Book the tour at least 2 days before the departure date (excluding holidays, Saturdays and Sundays)
Must submit full and accurate information about Full name + date of birth
Customers going on tours (especially tours related to ships, trains, planes…) must bring legal identification documents (ID card/CCCD/Passport). Children under 14 years old must bring a birth certificate. Children aged 14 and over are required to have an ID card or passport.

It is recommended to bring along diarrhea medicine, common cold medicine

If you are a vegetarian, please bring along vegetarian food to ensure your taste

Any service in the tour that you do not use will not be refunded

The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of the sightseeing spots to suit the conditions of each specific departure date but still ensures all the sightseeing spots in the program.

Customers are responsible for their own health and chronic diseases (cardiovascular, blood pressure, diabetes, bones and joints …), congenital diseases, latent diseases, HIV AIDS, mental and nervous disorders, pregnant women … are diseases that are not covered by insurance. When necessary, you must write a commitment about your own illness when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where you do not declare your illness, make dishonest declarations, or cases outside the scope of travel insurance in the tour.
